Since 1998, Guangdong Yingben Electric Co., Ltd. has manufactured distribution transformers at our 15,000 m² production facility in Foshan, China.
Our factory supports the production of oil immersed transformers, cast resin dry type transformers and compact substations, with manufacturing capability up to 35 kV.
Production and testing can be supported according to applicable IEC / GB project requirements, with project-specific transformer configurations available where required.

Manufacturing Strength
Our 15,000 m² manufacturing facility supports the production of distribution transformers up to 35 kV, including oil immersed transformers, cast resin dry type transformers and compact substations.
The factory is equipped with production equipment for core processing, foil and wire winding, insulation treatment, vacuum processing, coil casting, assembly and transformer testing, supporting stable manufacturing and consistent production quality.
From material processing and winding to assembly and testing, major manufacturing stages are managed within Yingben's production system.
Production and inspection are carried out under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, with support for applicable IEC and GB project requirements. Each transformer undergoes routine factory testing before shipment.
