Our 15,000 m² manufacturing facility is dedicated to the production of distribution transformers up to 35kV, including dry-type transformers, oil-immersed transformers, pad-mounted transformers and compact substations.
The factory is equipped with automatic core slitting lines, foil and wire winding machines, vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) systems, vacuum oil filling and drying equipment, automatic coil casting machines, and comprehensive transformer testing systems. These facilities support precise manufacturing, efficient production and consistent product quality.
From core processing, winding and insulation treatment to final assembly and factory testing, production is managed under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System. Every transformer is manufactured in accordance with IEC and GB standards and undergoes routine factory testing before shipment.
