Are your dry-type transformers suitable for Southeast Asian climates?
Yes. Our cast resin dry-type transformers can be configured for the high temperatures, humidity, dust and condensation commonly found in Southeast Asia. Moisture-resistant insulation, optimized cooling and optional anti-condensation heaters are available according to the installation environment.
Can you manufacture transformers for our local voltage and frequency?
Yes. We manufacture dry-type transformers for common regional voltage systems, including 11kV, 20kV, 22kV, 33kV and 35kV, with 400V, 415V or other specified secondary voltages. Both 50Hz and 60Hz designs are available, together with customized vector groups, tapping ranges and impedance values.
Are E2, C2 and F1 classifications available?
Yes. E2 environmental, C2 climatic and F1 fire-behavior classifications can be supplied when required by the project specification. Please provide the applicable standard, installation conditions and technical requirements during the quotation stage so that we can confirm the appropriate design and supporting documents.
What protection enclosures and cooling methods can you provide?
Our transformers are available with AN natural-air cooling or AN/AF forced-air cooling. Enclosures such as IP20, IP23 and IP31 can be supplied according to indoor installation conditions. Temperature controllers, cooling fans, alarm contacts, communication interfaces and anti-condensation heaters are also available.
What test reports and technical documents will be provided?
Routine test reports are available for each order. Depending on the project, we can also provide drawings, datasheets, loss and impedance data, temperature-control diagrams, packing information and relevant type-test reports for representative designs. Additional testing can be arranged when specified before order confirmation.
Do you support customized orders and OEM cooperation?
Yes.
